My expertise is working with trauma (C-PTSD, PTSD, developmental and relational), anxiety, depression, gender, and identity. I'm available to see clients online, or in-person in Singapore.

People seek therapy for so many different reasons. Some are facing crises, others need a sounding board, most are looking to grow as a human being - connect with themselves, unlearn patterns and bring alignment to their lives. Whatever your reason, I want to acknowledge you for taking this step and wish you well in your journey.
My therapy style is warm, kind, curious and evidence-based. I like to call it, "big-sister energy guided by specialised training".
I have worked with individuals from diverse walks of life and those who identify as minorities. I'm an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and have been providing affirming mental health care since 2020. Additionally, I'm kink-allied, and experienced in working with clients practicing ethical non-monogamy.
Due to my own experiences as a minority, with lived experiences of relational and developmental trauma, I am able to hold space for complex feelings, and forge a deep alliance with my clients. My personal and professional experiences have also deepened my interests in how familial, societal and structural systems can adversely impact our mental health.
